You are right, I went and took a photo of myself just now. I upload 3 photos. One at 352, one at 305, and one at 285. And I do see the difference.

Maybe I should just take a photo of myself every 20 pounds, so I can see the difference and my brain recognizes.

I know what you are saying I never saw myself in the mirror as fat as the pictures showed.

Very weird.
