Monday 6/3(155.8)- gotta get back on track with CAD, had a really god day, went for a mile walk with Ben and Dylan
Tues 6/4 (153.8)-yes, lost a couple #, 3.1 mile run/walk at Planet Fitness, 39 minutes, walked 5 min warm up, then 1 min run/1 min walk, the run felt really good, I wore my knee strap and I'm actually looking forward to running again. I think I might run on Thursday. Went shopping and was totally disgusted! YUCK, shorts are not my friend. I bought a couple jersey skirts for Florida, and that is going to have to make due!
Wed 6/5 (154.2)-plan workout w/ R ~ 6am-trainer cancelled, but plan to make my cleaning the house a workout tonight! I should get my fitbit in the mail today, I'm so excited!
Update- I got my fitbit today! Clipped it to my belt and I'm stepping! Let's get some lifestyle activity!
