2013 Yearly Goals - Pretty much the same as last year, because I didn't reach these in 2012.
* Weight at 135 - really going to try to get there, if I am anywhere in the 130s I will call this a success!!!
* Run 5 miles without stopping, even if it's a slow run, like 5.0 mph
* Run 3.1 miles under 30 minutes, even if it's on the treadmill. I probably won't do this at an event, because I prefer to run with B, but just to test myself and see if I can get there.
