Week of 5/20/13

Weekly Goal - 7 miles, 2 so far, 5 more to go! Going to have to hit it on Saturday!

Mon (?)-plan a walk/run w/ B, if home in time, do BalletCore-just drove home from Chicago, no exercise, didn't feel great
Tues (153 )-plan something at Just Move- Team Zumba ~ 6pm-didn't make the class, but did 2 miles on the treadmill
Wed (152.4) -WERQ class at 6pm, then meet with Natalie-did the class!
Th (153.2 ) -Walk or bike in the am. sushi class with the cousins, excited! Bring Wine! - didn't have time to workout this am, rest day!
Fri ( 152.8) - Planet Fitness am workout with trainer, just do my best!! Plan the night before get back on track! DJ Grad Party, excited dancing! - trainer cancelled, boo! But rescheduled for next Wednesday, yay!
Sat ( ) - Service and a good long walk with Dylan, hopefully no mosquitos! Maybe test drive some cars with B.
Sun ( ) - Long day of sitting for assembly
