Does your friend know the Pizza Quiche recipe? That's obviously a hit and would fit in with Lisa's recipe idea. A basket of nuts, cheeses, and Cheeter's crackers would be very nice too. Or maybe a gift certificate to Netrition!

Oooh, sounds fun. I think the recipe idea is great, myself. I always swap recipes with friends and like trying new ones, especially if they are fantastic.
