It's Great to be part of a team, instead of afloat all alone in an ocean of questions and doubts! the Highs are much Higher! and the lows are not so low ! because there shared! I'm not the only one who feels or has felt that way, seems to me there's nothing like someone elses "Been There Done That" to help out with the glitches! I'm so gratefull to have found this forum! I think it's the Best tool I've ever seen for helping me stick to the program. You commit to these people who are friends and understand,this helps keeps me accountable.
