I don't know how your diet has been progressing (i.e. if you have been strict about Induction every single day), but generally speaking, a LC diet is not the best diet for weight training. You will inevitably experience more fatigue and lift less weight than you did in the beginning of the diet because your body doesn't store any glycogen.
