Went to Mongolian BBQ tonight- yum! Only meat and veggies with some oil and garlic and it was fantastic. I had shrimp crab and tofu, then lots of different veggies and about a tb of cashews. Seriously one of my favorite low carb meals ever. I did bad and had half a medium sugar free Italian soda. I need to go crazy on the water tonight. I'm crossing my fingers for another loss on the scale tomorrow!
