Why don't you try posting some menus for us so we can see what you are eating? Someone can usually identify a problem.
Just a few basics:
You can have 2 cups of salad and 1 cup of low carb veggies.
No more than 4 oz of cheese
get your vitamins!
Only use real butter, cream, mayonaise-NO milk, or margarine.
Many people keep a ratio of 65-70% fat, 20-25% protein and 5% carbs. If you go to www.fitday.com it is pretty easy to calculate that.
