L-Lysine is supposed to help with skin elasticity, I have a stack of weight to lose and am afraid of this as well but I am thinking of starting to do skin brushing (I have to do some more reading about it) and drinking a lot of water, losing weight at a sensible rate and taking my L-Lysine .... fingers crossed
