Hello! Many folks have lowered their BP by getting rid of those nasty carbs. Keep us posted to see if it works for you!

As for breakfast ideas, you're right - you're a little limited while on induction. Try to mix up the way you cook eggs, and try making omelettes to keep things interesting. Throw in some veggies and cheese. Remember, you can have anything you want for breakfast - it doesn't have to be 'traditional' eggs or bacon. I often have cold leftover chicken for breakfast. I don't care if it sounds weird.

If all else fails, remind yourself that it's only two weeks. Then you can have more selection.
