Brand New to Atkins
Hi everyone,
Just started Atkins yesterday, after seeing the results my family and friends have had on Atkins. Just turned 65 this week - healthy (except for B.P.), but 25 lbs overweight. Gained slowly over years after menopause. I've vowed this is the time (if ever will be) to lose my excess weight. I hope to lower my blood pressure this way.
Just would like some suggestions for a more varied breakfast while in induction...this could get really boring. Thanks!
