"Well today i got up and did my twenty of the treadmill bfl style. Now is time to relax and have that first cup of coffee and go over the measurment changes.
neck was 14 and now 13.75
above bust was 37.75 and now 37
bust was 42 and now 41.5
under bust lost .25 inches
waist was 32 and now 31.5
hips were 42 and now 41.25
thigh was 24.5 and now 24 that ab/ad machine is the bomb.
calf also down a .25 inch yipee
All this in one week. can it be possible. 2 days lb and 1 ub with one day of everything mixed in. I guess it works. ...for me anyway. also lost a couple of pounds this week. I am very pleased with my results and i know that i lost another % bodyfat. thats one % a week dropping. Summer is coming..tank tops and mini skirts will definetely be on the venue. I also started doing some stretching today, yoga style. It felt sooo good. I was able to do a back bend up against the kitchen wall which amazed the kids.
