Hi there, I eat meat, but I have some questions for the vegans out there, just my curosity nothing more.
How do vegans (the serious absolutely no animal products) get enough protien? What high protien sources are out there that doesn't come from an animal in some way?
Are their a lot of protien powders used? I assume some veggies and nuts are loaded?
