I wanted pizza badly throughout the weekend. I finally bought an individual size on tuesday at 440 calories and 40g net carbs. I enjoyed it greatly then the sweet craving started and i then counteracted it with light sweetened whipped cream. The whipped cream really helped with the cravings and i also really enjoyed it. No more cravings and no more thought of pizza.
