Frozen stuffed mushrooms -- the bomb!
Not sure if everybody knows this but I am over the moon about it.
Stuffed mushrooms freeze great!! I love the sausage stuffed ones and they have only 1 carb. These are so handy when it's late at night at you just need a little something. Meaty and filling. Yummy!!
