Goal, 250 min exercise, 10 miles run/walk, 1 Yoga session, 1 Zumba session, do something every day, try to burn 500 cals/day
M (151.5) - last week no exercise and overate - Run/Walk today
T() - Zumba - really liked this class
W() - Just did a Tone It Up Girls workout
Th() - nada
Fri () - nada
Sat (149.5) - nothin - portion control is starting to work
Sun () - just walking around watching Pene and Jennie do their 1/2 marathon, very inspiring!
This week probably only got 120 minutes - short by 130 minutes, boo!
