Quick ketosis cheesecake
1 8oz pkg full fat cream cheese
4 tbs mct oil
1/2 cup full fat heavy cream
3/8 tsp liquid stevia
1/8 tsp ez sweetz
1 tbs lemon juice
Mix together and chill.
Makes 4-400 cal servings or 8-200 cal servings.
Very creamy and delicious! Great way to up the fats.
