Keeping the goal at 250 min of exercise/week - Also weight goal, down to 145.5

Mon (147.5) - kinda feel at a stall, gotta watch calories, but no time to exercise today, concert Ingrid Michaelson

Tues (147) -dinner ~ Chinn Chinn

Wed (?) - dinner at Bravo then movie

Thurs(?) - couldn't bring myself to weigh in, tracking food today, will weigh in tomorrow no matter what! Gotta start doing something every day again, even if it's just some yoga flow moves before bed.

Fri (151.5) - feeling lousy, need to get back on track, this week, I've been derailed! Just relaxed and cooked- counted calories did decent

Sat (149.5) - calorie counting works, although went to wine party and ate too much dessert

Sun (?) - snacks and ate too much buffalo chix dip and dessert! yummy

No exercise AT ALL this week, boo hiss, gotta get back on track next week
