Goal 250 minutes of exercise

Mon (150.5) - a super indulgent weekend (ARTICHOKE DIP)
had a nice dinner with Diane at Martells only had mushroom
soup and salad and a glass of white wine, 2 small pieces of
bread w/ oil but no dessert
run/walk on treadmill around 42 min, 3.1 miles
5 X 20 =100 push ups
5 X 20 =100 squats
5 X 20 =100 sit ups
5 X 1 =5 min planks
Burned over 550 cals
spread out the strength moves
total count 60 min

Tues (149) - plan Hot Yoga - Vinyasa- didn't love the young man instructor
but glad I went, he sort of grew on me. 7pm (60 min)
then strength moves while watching TV
trying to get to fewer sets
4 X 25 =100 push ups
4 X 25 =100 squats
4 X 25 = 100 sit ups
4 X 75 sec =5 min planks
Burned over 500 cals
also before yoga took dylan for a 10 min walk
total count 90 min

Wed (148.5)- run/walk - 30 minutes with Dylan
50 push ups on knees

Thur(148) - DO SOMETHING
strength moves

Fri (147.5) - Hot Yoga (60 minutes after work)


Sat(147.5) -walk w/ Dog and Hub outside about 1.5 miles 25 min?


Sun(147.5) -nada, lazy day


Goal 250 min of exercise... 265 so far...0 to go - did it this week!
