I'm starting this anti yeast diet, i'm starting with my diet first then going to the probiotics and antifungals, very slowly cause I can't stand to be sick. How long does it take to kill the little buggers? I mean is it a lifelong thing or do you eventually get rid of them and get your digestive track working again?
