Sat night - back from the Alaska cruise, overate, but tried to exercise almost every day on the cruise.
Sun (150) - gym w/ Ben run/walk 3.5 miles, biked steady 9.5 miles, a few arm exercises and side incline crunches
Mon (149.5) - gym w/ Ben run/walk 3 miles, biked about 15 minutes, not sure how far a few arm exercises and side incline crunches
Tues (149) - gym alone run/walk 3.5 miles, a few arm exercises
Wed (148) - plan bar method exercise dvd something somewhat relaxing - didn't happen, went to the fair with my parents, no exercise other than walking around and eating
Thur (148) - plan run am 4.4 miles - probably won't have time for this?? - ended up just doing a 2 mile walk on the treadmill
Fri (149) - I think the fair caught up with me

Sat (150) - plan Warrior Dash! - had a great time, but ATE TOO MUCH after the run
