I checked my fish oil, and it contains no vitamin A at all. It does have vitamin E, which should be included for digestion. Actually, I started taking regular fish oil caps, but they caused a fishy 'burp' which I was not too fond of. Upon looking around, I found another Fish Oil cap made by a company called Nature's Way. It's called Fisol. It is digested in your intestines as opposed to your stomach, so no more yicky side affects! Joy!
