You have answered my questions...Thanks for the link about Aspartame....Very interesting. I shall be trying Splenda next time I go to Tesco's. I need all of my brain cells so it seems a good reason to change. Hope that it does not give me a sugar craving like you Lucyr. Thanks again Leigh
