I have Dana Carpender's cookbook & I like it a lot. It is the only low-carb cookbook that fits my style. She has a real-world grasp that is sorely missing in most of the low-carb cookbooks & recipes in the other books.

I enjoyed reading through Fran McCullough, but there was nothing in her book that I felt like I would ever want to try to cook. My 2 cents.
