I just got the Basic #3 and the Blood Sugar Atkins supplements.

Each bottle says the dosage is 3 tablets.

Both have many ingredients in common.

Should I take 3 of each?

2 of one and 1 of the other?

Should I take 3 of one in the morning, and 3 of the other at night?

Before/after meals? Gym?
