I'm looking forward to a chance to meet everyone. So far I haven't met anyone in person who is low-carbing. I haven't gone into a coffee shop in 2 months, are there sweet sugar-free specialty coffees available? I never thought to ask if they made SF versions. Is this ladies only? One of my boyfriends co-workers was low carbing but he fell off the wagon. I know he was doing it alone and I think that if he had low carb companions it would be easier to stick to it. This date is going in the daytimer!
