So, are you saying...
the sleep problem started with the low carb diet? It doesn't seem like your carbs are low enough to cause a sleep problem, but on the other hand, you are probably not in ketosis. I have noticed in the past that I would have sleep probelms when I did low calorie and usually on low carb, I have none.
Have you tried the new sleep aid Ambien? It usually works without any side effects the next day. It is by prescription.
You could try valerian root too. Are you having trouble getting to sleep or staying asleep?
It could be the time of year also. Are you getting outside any during the day?
I know, very intimately, what it is like to not sleep well! Hopefully you will get something here that helps.
