I just had some Tyson brand pre-cooked hot wings for dinner on Sunday- they were 1 gm. carb for 3 wings-- I think there was like 9 wings in the box total. TGIFriday's also makes pre-cooked hot wings w/the same carb count. Haven't tried those yet. I'm usually too chicken (excuse the pun) to try to cook something if I know that I can buy it frozen. Call it lazy, or whatever, but if I can have good, LC food in a convenient amount of time w/little effort, then by golly, I'm there!
