Default life saving onion rings!

Oh my goodness, yall. These are amazing and save you from having a cravings disaster. I dont knoe about you, but i dont miss sweets. I miss the salty, the crunchy. Chips etc... well, this satiates those cravings like nothing else. I have been doing chicken fried steaks with parmesan and egg batter and the lightbulb moment just occurred.

Take a med-large onion. Cut it pretty big 1/2-3/4" slices and separate into rings. I did two pieces per ring. Soak it in a beaten egg for a bit. Then, coat in a mixture of parmesan and almond flour (almond flour optional. Parm is fine by itself) and garlic, ceyenne pepper, season salt, and what ever other spices you desire. Fry in a little bit of oil (not a lot. Barely cover bottom of pan) and flip after a few seconds and then remove when golden or brown. Super good and super easy.

Makes 4 servings at about 4 net carbs per serving. Depends on size of onion i believe.
