not sleeping well..
I'm having this problem for sometime now. Doc. prescibed some sleep aid. it worked and next day I would feel terrible. I tried having a warm 1/2 cup of milk. That helps a bit in way that I get very short duration sleep. Serotonin depleled ?? I consume a lot
green veggies, total carb around 80/100 grm per day.
I don't want carb induced serotonin for temporary boost..
Is is the ecoisanoids blance...help please...
