quiet here, i am evolving on my personal plan. im doing lowcarb but i have to find things that work for me long term so not following any certain plan. i have greek yogurt in morning, mixed with half cup unsweetened applesauce...when i get hungry, i eat left over entree from night before or maybe 2 deviled eggs. for some reason, its the only way i like eggs....if im still hungry,, ill eat a big salad with cheese and ranch dressing...i just eat when i get hungry. i may have a few berries or a little cantelope. for dinner i try to cook enough for 2 or 3 days, something nice like parmesan fish or italian sausage with tomatoe and saurkraut. i also sometimes make a faux potatoe salad with cauliflower instead of potatoes, a smoothie with almond milk (2 carbs) and a few berries, real rich cream in my coffee, i feel now like i can live this way forever. i have lost some weight, i can tell, but havent weighed yet. im not bloated feeeling either...so eventually i will weigh and post here. oh yes, as most of you already know, pork rinds make great breading for fish, ect. and to nibble on a few at night, or a few walnuts. see ya later.
