3 hours of chasing 30 dogs at the animal shelter. That has to count as a workout. I am just as stiff and sore now as I am after a true workout. LOL Just think I get to go back and do it again saturday and sunday. I actually love it. I truly enjoy the dogs at the humane society and have volunteered there weekly since last summer. But I won't lie they have a bunch of puppy's right now, and they are sooooo hard to control!
