Good to hear of your positive results.
You'll probably have some experts weighing in here but I think you shouldn't stay on induction much beyond two weeks. You need to add more carbs to get the vegetables, etc. you need.
Are you enjoying the pilates? I am a runner who's just started yoga. I'm hoping to start pilates when I've lost some more weight. I don't want to put too much stress on my shoulders (where I have some arthritis).
