Thanks for posting this. I too had my first gain 5lbs! uck!!!!! I am not happy about this - I have not cheated once since starting and am anxiously awaiting my weigh and measure at curves on Wednesday, we will see what that tape measure says.

Truly I am trying not to obsess about the nembers because I know what I have put in my mouth.
