1 gram of carbs gives about 4 calories, which leaves about 40 calories unaccounted for. I would suggest you ask the manufacturer for full disclosure of the nutritional information.
Bear in mind that if the cheesecake has some cream cheese, it MUST have some protein at the very least.

Um, why would you want a product that is so low in fat? Atkins is not only NOT a low fat programme, Dr Atkins specifically warns against trying to do the programme without eating adequate fat.
