it varies, but right now..........
weekdays-
B- either iced coffee and HnH or a "frappe" (made with coffee ice cubes, HnH, sf torani, and sometimes a little extra chilled coffee)
L- turkey, mayo and sprouts, wrapped in lettuce
4 string cheese
almonds
weekends:
B- coffee, HnH
an omelette
D- i go out- so some kind of fish or chicken, plus veggies, salad
wine!!!!!!! and vodka sodas
