You can find out how much protein/fat/carbs etc. that you're eatting by going to www.fitday.com and plugging in your menus.

p.s. in the newbie section there's a thread on newbie mistakes - you might what to check it out. I learned a lot there like: eggs have carbs, coffee & tea have carbs, aspartame might need to be avoided, only 3-4oz. of cheese, etc.
