I guess the chart above was supposed to be my log for my hcg journey but looks like I never started it here. As for today I've decided to go back to low carbing. I just can't seem to hold onto the hcg way of eating at this time. I've been having terrible cravings I just can't shake so I'm hoping if I do strict low carb I'll get rid of those demons LOL. I'm going to use this chart for my lowcarb now.

Day 2 after drinking usually gives me a gain.

Day 4...(/15)193.2 (+4) I knew I'd be up from drinking BUT I also ate junk and drank LOTS of diet soda. Boo!!! but I'm still feeling determined so I'm getting right back on plan today. I know alot is still fluid and will come back down.
