Sugared cereals are not the only "heart healthy" foods. Artificially flavored and colored red and blue "licorices"(Red Vines, Twizzlers...) are also tuted as fabulously FAT-FREE. So is every hard candy, tootsie rolls(virtually) and all that other insulin rising sweet crud.
