I've had a couple of no-go days of training. Today I'm going back down to 55 kg for the squat, and we'll see about the other lifts. I tried to go up to fast, and for a couple of weeks, it worked fine, but I hit the wall. I knew I would, it was just too tempting. I've learned my lesson now, though. I'm going to add 2,5 kg to my two heaviest lifts, and 1 kg per session to the lighter ones.
Sometime soon I plan to add in power cleans and chinups. I don't have a schedule for that, but maybe in two weeks?
