Hi Sheila!

Don't give up. You don't have that far to go to get to your goal weight, so the pounds will come off more slowly for you. Just stick to the plan, drink lots of water, and keep getting exercise. You might want to start a journal and post your menu each day. Sometimes other people can figure out if you are consuming something that would slow down your weight loss. Good luck to you!
