Default A Couple of Ideas

Roast the chicken wings in the oven until they are browned. They taste delicious just like that.

Walmart Super Centers sell "Hooters" wing sauce in medium and hot levels. It is really good and has no carbs per serving. I' ve not been to Hooters but I imagine if you couldn't find the sauce at Walmart you could get it there. Just a thought. It's really good.

Or, look in the supermarket at the barbecue sauces, and find one that is the yellow, mustard-based kind. They usually have no sugar. Baste the wings with the sauce while they cook. You might find a red sauce with fewer carbs too. I don't know.

Fry the wings, but use soy flour or Keto Crumbs to coat them. I hope these ideas help.
