Hi again Scott:
I realized why I gorged so much on these wings. I didn't have enough fat with my meal (only 50% compared to the normal 70%) so it didn't fill me up
I omitted the dip b/c I hate blue cheese. Have you tried other dips that are good high-fat substitutes? I could probably just add some of the hot sauce to some mayo and it would do the trick. But since you are the "wing king", I thought you'd know best.
