You'll find the cravings will gradually disappear. Until they do, I've found L-Glutamine, 500mg ½ hour before each meal to be very helpful.
As for the snacks, how about looking at our Quick Meals and Snacks section for some ideas?
Do have a good look around this great forum of ours. There's a lot of very useful information on the orange bar at the top of the screen, especially "Low Carb Tips."
