Exercise Challenge Day 14
Shred 2 - I'm trying to keep the exercises low impact by dong modifications, but I'm finding my knee is aching quite a bit once through exercise. Don't want to stop, so I'll keep monitoring to see what I'm doing that might be aggravating my knee.
