Exercise Challenge Day 4
My workout this morning
- 15 Minute Ultimate Abs Workout Exercise (same as day 1)
- 30 Day Shred - level 1 day 1
Lots of improvising due to sore knee; had to do low impact jumping jacks & definitely couldn't 'kick butt' so I sort of did tiny running steps! (something is better than nothing) :-)
