Sherry's Better Body Workout Log
Now that I made it through induction I'm ready to get my butt back into action. My sore knee gave me some problems for the past month or two so I've been sitting it out waiting for it to get better. But I'm on a mission and now I'm ready to start

I started my One Month Exercise Challenge - exercise M-F 30min - 1hr each day and possibly throw in a routine on Sat & Sun.
The gym I use to belong to closed down and I have no motivation to get up and walk the park right now. So, I went on line pulled some exercise routines and I'm going to stick with them.
