The problem with fats is that most of us have been brainwashed into thinking fats are bad for us and now don't eat enough.

I'd advise you to use butter (not margarine) and cook in olive oil and use it in salad dressings. You can fry with clarified butter too. Don't trim fat off meat and if you have chicken, eat the skin. Avoid highly processed fats (lite margarines, and most cooking oil).

You might also like to take cod liver oil capsules or flax oil . Oily fish, mackeral, herring, salmon etc are also better than white fish.
