Everyone loves stuffed mushrooms and I think they are easy to make.

My recipe is quick and easy, nothing fancy, but at my parties, the plate comes back emtpy as soon as I set it out.

Cream cheese soften
Parmasian cheese
garlic powder
Sometime a add a bit oc canjun spice.

mix it up, and stuff into mushrooms (de-stemmed) bake at 425 for 18 minutes. Use a glass dish not a cookie sheet, mushrooms leak water when baked.

for parties and get together at the house, I make trays of them ahead of time, and pop them in the oven when we want some. Baking time then is a little bit more because they are chilled.

Not sure on the exact carb count, but it can't be too high.
